Evaluation partner to the Line sculpture trail evaluating new co-commissioning approaches with local residents and young people.
Our evaluation support included designing theory of change frameworks, facilitating engagement sessions with participants, and conducting surveys and interviews to capture learning and impact. We worked with young people, artists, and resident co-commissioners to understand their experiences, ensuring that insights from both projects informed future practice. The evaluation process combined qualitative and quantitative methods, with mid-point and end-of-phase reflections helping to shape ongoing delivery and funding strategies.
The findings contributed to strategic planning and learning, demonstrating the value of co-commissioning and participatory approaches in shaping East London’s cultural landscape.
