About this survey
This survey is being carried out by Live Projects, the independent evaluators appointed to assess the Ramsgate Winter Festival on behalf of Ramsgate Town Council and the festival partners.
We are collecting feedback from local businesses to understand the impact of the festival and to help assess the contribution that events and festivals can make to Ramsgate’s future development and Pride in Place priorities.
Your data and privacy
Live Projects is responsible for the collection and analysis of survey responses.
- Taking part is voluntary.
- The survey is anonymous and you will not be personally identified in any reporting.
- Your responses will be used for research, evaluation and reporting purposes only.
- Findings may be shared in anonymous summary form with Ramsgate Town Council, festival partners and other stakeholders.
- We will not publish any information that could identify you or your business without your permission.

Survey responses are collected using a survey platform and stored securely by Live Projects.
Access to survey data is limited to the evaluation team at Live Projects. Findings are shared in anonymous summary form with Ramsgate Town Council and festival partners.
How long we keep your data
Survey data will be retained only for as long as necessary for evaluation and reporting purposes, typically for up to five years, after which it will be securely deleted.
